The four bedroom duplex apartments will follow the same floor plan on the first level with an extra two bedrooms with one en-suite and storage space on the second level of the duplex. Buying Process
  1. Inspect the property.
  2. Get a copy of the property title deed.
  3. Visit the local land records department to ensure that the inspected property is indeed the one on the title deed.
  4. Visit the title department and ensure that the property has no mortgage or any other legal restrictions.
  5. Visit the municipality and ensure that there are no problems with regard to the property. Also ensure that the property was built legally and that an occupancy permit has been issued.
  6. Check for any outstanding municipality taxes or utilities.
  7. Agree on the payment method with the developer.
  8. Apply for the foreign property buyers permit. This is a legal requirement for all foreigners purchasing property in Turkey . It only takes half an hour to apply for and will take up to three months to process.
  9. Complete the payment as agreed and exchange the title deed.
